Opened in 1986 by the Roca brothers (Joan, Josep and Jordi), the Michelin-starred restaurant’s most famous course is the “World,” which includes five small dishes representing each country that inspired the chef.

Osteria Francescana

Modena, Italy

Osteria Mozza

Los Angeles, California, United States
